For Information Technology Help
The ACC Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk, located in Center Building 108, is your one-stop-shop for all things technology! The OIT Help Desk is ACC's main provider of technology support to all students, faculty, and staff. If we cannot answer your question, we will find someone that can and route you to the appropriate department or person. Here are some of the things that the Help Desk can help you out with:
- Getting back into your ACC email account
- Resetting your Office 365 and Self Service password
- Assistance with Office 365 and any of the programs
- Self Service questions
