Personal Exercise Prescription Program

The professional staff is extremely qualified to assist you in designing a safe and efficient exercise routine.  Through a number of questions regarding personal goals, dedication, medical restrictions, etc., a personal program can be designed.  Members will first be asked to familiarize themselves with the operation of the 14 pieces of Camstar weight training equipment (this usually takes only a few visits).

Incentives

Incentives are offered each semester for wellness center members and students.  Most require no skill; simply dedication, commitment, and a little luck.  Ask the wellness center staff for information.

Absolutely no wet shoes are allowed in the Wellness Center.  Please change shoes.
